      We had ordered the wrong hinges, returned them promptly and got refund, ordered correct ones which were on back order. The followed up with call and email veryfing that this was ok and that it would be 8 weeks. after 8 weeks I checked with them and they responded promptly and full filled the order.  Customer Service was very good and very satisfied with order and response
